Some Pasifika people unsure of vaccines safety

A new study on vaccine hesitancy in New Zealand shows that Māori and Pasifika are less confident in the safety and quality of the Covid-19 vaccine.

The government started its vaccination roll-out over the weekend with vaccinators - the people with the important job of administering the shots - the first to get their jabs.

The study from Horizon Research and The University of Auckland study looked at the public attitudes and settlement towards receiving the vaccine and immunisations.
