Nurturing confident Pacific children who grow up to be resilient adults is the goal of new research from the University of Auckland.
'Nesian Narratives - enhancing sexuality education for Pacific communities' is the brainchild of Dr Analosa Veukiso-Ulugia who has been awarded a Pacific Postdoctoral Fellowship for her project.
The three-year research will involve the development, pilot and evaluation of a Pacific resource toolkit in sexuality education for primary school teachers.
