Tourists not blamed as Tahiti Covid-19 cases top 14,000

French Polynesia's Covid-19 tally has passed 14,000 after another 213 cases were recorded, the vast majority of which were detected after the borders were reopened in July. However officials say tourists are not much to blame for the surge in infections.
