Researchers outline how to avoid Pacific food crisis

Australian researchers want to see steps taken to ensure the Pacific doesn't have a food crisis.

The Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research, ACIAR, this week published research from the national science agency, CSIRO, and the Australian National University, which concludes the region faces a food crisis because of the pandemic's impact on an already fragile sector.

ACIAR's chief executive, Professor Andrew Campbell, told Don Wiseman about the pressures the region already faced before the coronavirus started having an impact.
