A Papua New Guinea company, which began experimenting with chocolate production several years ago, is now planning to commit seriously to the business.

Paradise Foods has plans for a chocolate factory in Lae, creating jobs and exporting PNG chocolate to the world.

The chief executive, James Rice, stresses it's very early days, but in a chat with Don Wiseman, it becomes very clear the company is keen on the idea.
