Palauans head to the polls today for what's shaping up to be an historic election
It will be the start of a new era in Palau politics with outgoing President Tommy Remengesau Jr no longer eligible for re-election, having served two terms.
Either Surangel Whipps Junior or Raynold Oilouch will be the new president.
As well, Palauans are voting for the senate and house of delegates.
