Another team with links to the Pacific Islands have entered the race to join an expanded Super Rugby competition.
The Asia Pacific Dragons were first formed as an exhibition side in 2011 and previously missed out to the Sunwolves six years ago.
New Zealand Rugby is currently considering a range of competing bids.
