Rugby League's New Zealand Warriors are being urged to show more diversity in the make-up of their board and management staff.
Over 45 percent of the players in the NRL have Pacific heritage - in the Warriors, that's more than 70 percent.
But former Warriors backrower Sione Faumuinā says he believes the organisation needs to better understand the culture and values of its Pacific players if they want to see success.
