Guam's governor, Lou Leon Guerrero, is considering implementing further lockdown measures as the number of Covid-19 cases on the island continues to rise.
37 people have tested positive for the coronavirus this week, including the governor herself.
In a video recorded from her home, where she is self-isolating, Ms Guerrero gave an update on her health.
