Surgeon John Dunn says New Zealand is dithering and obfuscating over its failure to re-open the air link to the Cook Islands.
The Cook Islands is almost wholly dependent on tourism and has been pleading with New Zealand for weeks to re-establish the air link.
Mr Dunn, who is a Cook Islander operating in hospitals in both New Zealand and the Cooks, also owns a small resort there.
He told Don Wiseman that the arguments being advanced by New Zealand just don't stack up.
