A student from Auckland's Pacific community says more women should get into the building and construction sector.
Tarepeta Rio is one of 178 students from 10 secondary schools who have completed the Site Safe Foundation Passport in Building Construction.
The 18-year-old has high hopes her new qualification will help land her a dream job as a builder.
