Measles prevention better than cure - NZ public health expert

New Zealand's public health responsibilities in the Pacific need to be reviewed in light of the appallingly high measles mortality rate in Samoa, says a professor of public health.

The University of Otago's Michael Baker talked with Jenny Meyer about the measles epidemics in both New Zealand and Samoa and what can be done in the future to avoid a repeat of the current crisis in the region.
