From , 6:02 am on 9 October 2019

An Australian journalist covering refugee detention on Papua New Guinea's Manus Island has made an artwork that he's brought to New Zealand.

As part of the Eavesdropping exhibition, 'How Are You Today' is an audio installation by the Manus Recording Project Collective.

Michael Green and two colleagues in Melbourne worked with six refugees on Manus to create the installation.

Mr Green, who's been to the island twice, spoke with Ben Robinson Drawbridge about Manus and the artwork.
