The administrator on Norfolk Island has dismissed claims by the Chamber of Commerce that the island is at risk of becoming a failed state.

But the administrator Eric Hutchinson told Don Wiseman that not only is the Australian government already pouring millions into Norfolk, the island's economic situation is not the dire one painted by the Chamber.
