The bodies of 13 pilgrims have been retrieved from mountains in Papua New Guinea's Morobe province after they died while trying to reach church celebrations in Indagen.

Along with 28 survivors, the bodies were retrieved by Manalos Aviation, a private helicopter company, whose owner says provincial disaster authorities did not respond quick enough.

Jürgen Ruh told Ben Robinson Drawbridge about the tragedy.
