South Korean cult leader jailed for detaining people in Fiji

The leader of a South Korean cult has been jailed for six years for detaining hundreds of followers in Fiji.

The followers of Grace Road moved to Fiji to escape a so-called apocalypse but were forced to endure rituals and work in plantations and businesses.

A year after Shin Ok-ju was first arrested, her business links in Fiji are still extensive.
