Tuvalu remains on high alert for dengue which has killed two children in the past three months.
An outbreak was declared at the end of March and with 600 extra people on Funafuti next month for the Pacific Islands Forum, efforts are underway to stamp out mosquitoes and their larvae.
A health advisor with Tuvalu's Ministry of Health, Clare Whelan, told Sally Round it's been all hands on deck.
