Maintaining public/sexual health care vital during disasters

In times of natural disasters, the public's sexual and reproductive health needs wouldn't necessarily be the first things that spring to mind.

But Samoa is ensuring there are plans in place for how to deal with everything from going into labour to preventing     unwanted pregnancies.

Leiloa Asaasa from the Samoa Family Health Association outlined her country's preparations during last week's international women's rights conference Women Deliver in Vancouver, Canada

She sat down with our reporter Kim Griggs to discuss what has been put in place.
