Members of Pacific military forces met together in Fiji recently for the first Pacific Military Women's Advisory Network seminar.
The New Zealand Defence Force organised the Suva seminar intiative after the 2017 South Pacific Defence Ministers' Meeting.
The NZDF's Squadron Leader Libby Reardon told Bridget Tunicliffe the seminar honours responsibilities to the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 on women, peace and security by connecting serving women across Pacific Defence Forces.
