The Fisheries Ministry in Tonga says a new grant of US$10million from the World Bank will empower Tongans to better manage their coastal fish resources and develop new livelihoods through farming pearls and sea cucumbers.

The Ministry's Chief Executive Officer, Dr Tu'ikolongahau Halafihi, spoke with Jenny Meyer about the grant and how it will be used to benefit Tongans.
