A state-owned company in Niue has run into trouble getting a water bottling project off the ground
Niue's High Court has reminded the company, Vaiea Farm, it must obtain the proper consents before going ahead.
But court documents show it has already bottled water illegally and an opposition MP wants it to be shut down.
