The world's biggest Pacific Island dance festival kicks off today in New Zealand.
The ASB Polyfest, which runs until Saturday, will see more than 12,000 secondary school students take to the stage.
But as Mackenzie Smith reports, the annual event is also having to overhaul its business strategy, after a government-led review.
