A scheme to raise the quality of leadership in the Pacific's fishery sector is underway in Nadi this week.

The Pacific Fisheries Leadership Programme aims to improve the quality and diversity of leadership, management and cooperation across Pacific fisheries.

It is funded by the New Zealand aid programme and team leader, Jonathan Rowe, told Don Wiseman what they are trying to achieve.
