Major repairs on the cards for Cooks failing new water system

From , 5:02 am on 7 December 2018

Te Mato Vai, which is being built with the help of China and New Zealand, began four years ago.

But it has been beset by problems and one recommendation is all the work on Stage One be dug up and the government start again.

Don Wiseman has more.
