Fiji's upcoming election is being seen as a truer test of democracy for the country than the 2014 polls which were the first after eight years of military rule.
A professor of comparative politics at Wellington's Victoria University, Jon Fraenkel, analysed the last election and he's watching the lead up to election day on the 14th of November.
