Voters go to the polls in remote areas of Fiji next week with questions still hanging over one of the more prominent candidates on the ballot paper.
Fiji's Independent Commission Against Corruption has appealed against Sitiveni Rabuka's acquittal of electoral fraud last week.
But a court decision affecting the eligibility of the Social Democratic Liberal Party leader is not due until two days before 14 November when most voters are due to go to the polls.
Sally Round asked Suva lawyer John Apted whether Mr Rabuka is automatically disqualified from running if the authorities' appeal is upheld.
