NZ and Aus urged to look to Pacific for aged care workers

The World Bank says Australia and New Zealand should be looking to the Pacific to fill an expected severe shortage of workers in the aged care industry.

A youth bulge in the smaller island nations is being seen as a possible solution to the coming elderly "bulge" in the Pacific's two biggest countries.
