Youth unite to change negative perceptions of South Auckland

Hundreds of South Auckland youth are uniting in a movement to change negative perceptions about their community.

They're part of a show called 'Heads Held High' which is a collection of real-life stories from students around South Auckland.

The show has become a platform for the students to push back against mainstream media messages about South Auckland which they say are wrong.
