Papua New Guinea's emergency controller says the response to February's Highlands earthquake is mostly shifting from a focus on relief to recovery.

The head of the team leading PNG's response to the disaster, Dr Bill Hamblin, spoke to Johnny Blades about where things are at, three months after the quake.
