A prime ministerial delegation from the Cook Islands is in New Zealand to talk about evolving the relationship between the two nations.
The finance minister Mark Brown is part of the visiting mission and he spoke with Dominic Godfrey about the Cooks moving to developed nation status, and how this will impact on aid.
Mr Brown started by describing the economic measures the OECD uses to define a country's wealth.
