A former Fiji land forces commander Pita Driti has been told by the Suva High Court to return next month for a plea.
He is facing charges of inciting mutiny and uttering seditious comments.
Fijilive reports the judge as saying the case is of a high profile and needs an early hearing.
He was charged along with Ratu Tevita Mara, who fled to Tonga last May while he was free on bail.
