Nauru's Chief Justice has launched a comprehensive online database of Nauru's legislation and court decisions.
RONLAW is the culmination of intensive efforts over 18 months under the Legal Information Access Project, funded by New Zealand and overseen by the Office of Parliamentary Counsel.
The Chief Justice of Nauru, Justice Geoffrey Eames QC ,commended the work of the project consultants, Ronan Carroll and Jeremy Wainwright, in consolidating Nauru's legislation.
He says it was a mammoth task given the last consolidation occurred in 1937.
