A new exhibition by the French artist Paul Gauguin is opening in London today (30th Sep).
The Tate Modern gallery says it's already sold a record number of tickets.
Ben Lowings reports from London:
"Colourful works that Gauguin painted in French Polynesia in the 1890s are the star attractions of what's expected to be a very popular show. Amongst the works is Nevermore O Tahiti, a picture of a young Tahitian girl reclining. It's one of the most reproduced poster images in the world. Also in the exhibition is Gauguin's 1892 work - Te Faaturuma - which in the Tahitian language means a woman in the act of thinking. The show, which features works on loan from major collections around the world, runs until the 16th of January."
