Upbeat caught up with Music Therapist Jez Francis to find out what his job involves.
Jez has spent much of his career with the Manchester Police, but retrained as a RMTh in 2015 in the UK.
He now works in Auckland, and is a Music Therapist at Raukatauri Music Centre.
