The Hamilton Civic Choir is marking its 75th anniversary with a special concert this Saturday.

Founded in 1946, the choir is an auditioned choir of about 55 voices. The ensemble has worked with the NZSO, and was even invited to travel to New York in 2018 to sing in a concert at Carnegie Hall.

Upbeat talked with outgoing Music Director, Timothy Carpenter.
