A Spanish nobleman attacking a windmill; birdsong; drunken soldiers singing folk songs - just some of the things you'll hear in the music of NZ Barok's final concert of the year, The Enchanted Forest.
Violinist Miranda Hutton has put together an inspired programme of descriptive Baroque music by composers such as Rameau, Biber, Telemann and the less-well-known William Williams.
Miranda talks with David Morriss about New Zealand's only period instrument ensemble, and their upcoming concert.
NZ Barok are giving three performances of The Enchanted Forest in Auckland:

Saturday 9 November, 7.30pm, St Luke's Church, Remuera
Sunday 10 November, 2.00pm, St Luke's Church, Remuera
