As today is May the 4th, it’s only right to have a member of the NZSO who performed Star Wars come in to choose five faves. Timpanist Larry Reese shares his highlights for 2018 so far and picks a few greatest hits.

1.40pm Review: CMNZ presents Phantasm

The Viol ensemble Phantasm has been touring the country for Chamber Music New Zealand. They’ve performed in Auckland, Napier and Wellington so far, with two final performances: tonight in Christchurch and  Dunedin tomorrow. Phantasm was a 2018 highlight for Peter Hoar who was at the group's  first performance in Auckland.
