DSO 2018 full of firsts

The Dunedin Symphony Orchestra is New Zealand’s southernmost symphony orchestra, and the only professional orchestra in Otago and Southland.

As well as a five-concert subscription series, the DSO plays in schools, gives chamber concerts, and puts on education programmes including masterclasses and workshops.

Their 2018 season will be getting underway in exactly a month’s time, with internationally renowned violinist Shlomo Mintz playing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto.
