1300: The New Zealand Symphony Orchestra started their first 2018 tour with a bang. Summer Pops - Music from the Movies came to the Michael Fowler Centre on Friday night before heading around the North Island. Upbeat producer Zoë George went along to soak in the scores that span 70 years of cinema, featuring works from Casablanca, ET, Schindler's List and Star Wars.
