Eleven Kiwi artists have been celebrated for their creativity this week at the Arts Foundation Awards. This year the awards recognise excellence in film, music, dance, painting, poetry, playwriting, photography and illustration. Arts Foundation CEO Simon Bowden who has lead the Foundation since its inception talks about how it is developing as times change.
