Thomas Nikora is stepping up to a new role, moving from accompanist to conductor and now to musical director for Cantoris Choir in Wellington. The young conductor brings extensive choral experience to the choir, having sung in choirs himself including Orpheus, Nota Bene and Victoria Voices. He explains the leap between the three roles, and how he’s hoping to develop Cantoris in future.
