More than 100 saxophone players will march from either end of Cuba Street and meet in the middle to battle it out this weekend. The Battle of the Saxes is part of the CubaDupa festival which has attracted both national and international artists to the capital. Battle of the Saxes follows on from the highly successful Battle of the Bones at last year’s event. It features a newly commissioned work by Oscar Laven.
