This is one of the most beautiful soprano solos that Mozart ever created.

'Laudate Dominum' is a hymn of praise, with a soaring, expressive melody for the soloist and gently rocking lines in the organ accompaniment. It comes from Mozart’s 'Solemn Vespers for a Confessor'.

The Latin text translates as: “O praise the Lord, all ye people. For his merciful kindness is great toward us.”
