The collaboration illuminates a broad spectrum of music, including an evocative new commission from New Zealander Juliet Palmer, re-imaginings of a Bach Cantata and the charming Lieder of Robert Kahn. Fresh new arrangements of Mahler's Songs of a Wayfarer as well as a glorious set of Richard Strauss songs complete this evening of colourful brilliance.
