What I cover: As Sports Correspondent I report across multiple media platforms, providing analysis, commentary and investigative coverage of major sporting issues. My journalism has a strong focus on sports governance, integrity, athlete welfare and the intersection of sport with broader social issues.
My background: Prior to joining RNZ in November 2023, I spent a decade as a sports journalist with the NZ Herald, latterly as chief sports writer, before joining Stuff's national correspondents team. My work has earned me more than 20 national journalism awards, including being recognised as Sports Journalist of the Year at the Voyager Media Awards six times.
