RNZ National is asking for your views about the music we play on air.

Terms and Conditions

Completion of the survey constitutes your agreement to the following Terms & Conditions of the research run by Radio New Zealand (“RNZ”), entry into the prize draw, and the terms and conditions of our research partner, myradiotest, available here: https://www.myradiotest.com/terms-of-use/.

The survey begins at 12.00am July 28 and ends at 11.59pm on August 10 (“Survey Period”).

The survey is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand who are aged 18 years of age or over (“Eligible Individuals”).

Eligible Individuals can only complete the survey once and can only win one Prize.

Prize

Eligible Individuals who complete the survey during the Survey Period will go into the draw to win one of ten $50 Prezzy Cards (each a “Prize”).

Each Prize winner will be determined by a random draw by RNZ from all valid entrants who have completed the survey during the Survey Period. RNZ will make the random draws within 5 working days from the end of the Survey Period. The Prize draws will be conducted by RNZ and results are final. No further correspondence will be entered into. Each Prize winner will be contacted by RNZ via email to receive their prize.

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable.

Each prize is subject to Prezzy Card terms and conditions found here https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. RNZ disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to:

any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date of the Prize;
the provision of goods or performance of services by Prezzy Card.

RNZ reserves the right to request proof of identity before the Prize is delivered.

Prize winners will be contacted by email to confirm delivery details. If requests for delivery details are not responded to within 20 working days, RNZ reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize winner.

RNZ takes no responsibility for incorrect delivery details or any mail or delivery handling errors and Prizes will not be re-issued.

RNZ employees, contractors and their immediate families are excluded from the prize draw.

RNZ reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:

end the Survey prior to expiry of the Survey Period;
substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
change any aspect of the Survey at any time.

By completing the Survey you consent to your personal information being used by RNZ for the purposes of conducting audience research and to administer and carry out the Prize Draw. We respect your right to privacy, so we won’t use your personal information for any other purpose without your prior consent.

If RNZ elects to publish any results of the Survey, all such results will be aggregated so that personal information is anonymised.
