A tough day ending in tears at TVNZ.
The broadcaster has confirmed Sunday, Fair Go, and two news bulletins, Midday and Tonight, are to be axed.
Chief executive Jodi O'Donnell delivered the news to her employees that some of them will likely lose their jobs, along with the programmes they work for.
Staff say they're crushed, and devastated but ready to fight against the proposed cuts.
