Political battle lines have been drawn, former MP Tau Henare and political commentator Shane Te Pou have dug in for the campaign.
They will be joined by journalist Mihingarangi Forbes who will act as mediator as they pick apart policy, decipher political debate and provide a Māori lens on political parties, politicians and their policies.
