Police in India have detained the owner of an internet cafe in Indian-administered Kashmir, after a bomb blast in Delhi on Wednesday which killed 12 people and wounded 76 others.
An email has been traced to the cafe, purporting to come from the Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami group which said it carried out the attack.
Huji has been accused of carrying out previous attacks in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The email reportedly demands that a man sentenced to death for involvement in an attack on parliament 10 years ago should not be hanged.
A police official told the BBC the cafe owner had not kept a record of customers visiting the premises.
He told the police that a majority of his clients were college students and that a ;;student with a backpack'' came to the cafe on Wednesday.
The BBC reports the blast at the high court was the second to target the building in five months.
