American-owned company Fiji Water says it will reopen its plant on Wednesday - less than 48 hours after it closed down the plant over a tax dispute.
The company says the decision follows discussions with interim government officials.
It also says it has agreed to comply with a newly imposed tax increase on exported bottled water.
In last week's budget the regime raised the levy from a third of a cent per litre to 15 cents a litre.
Fiji Water responded by shutting its doors and laying off 400 workers.
